that picture that’s been going around on tumblr of jenny holzer’s “raise boys and girls the same way” i posted that like back in high school, scanned it from an old book IT WAS LITERALLY FORGOTTEN. and it has thousands and thousands and thousands of notes, AND SO MANY PEOPLE HAVE REPOSTED IT, but i have the original book page…and feminism was just starting to pick up, and now i see jenny holzer fairly regularly on tumblr, like in the last 2 years. i like to think that i started the obsession, because before that I NEVER saw any mention of her.
